Part I. Laser Machine

 

Hauser Official guarantees a warranty of two (2) years from the date of original receipt for all laser machines.

The laser source (fiber optic) will last for 2 years, as customers will gradually lose energy after prolonged use.

It is necessary to perform some basic maintenance on the laser machine from time to time to extend its service life.

Main accessories of laser machine for 1 year: control card, Galvo, f-theta, etc

During the warranty period, if any machine malfunctions, Hauser will provide remote technical support to help you identify the problem and provide technical guidance on how to solve simple problems. If our technicians confirm that the problem lies in a part of the machine parts, Hauser will repair or replace the defective parts free of charge according to the warranty conditions specified below, which have been proven to have such defects under this warranty clause.

 

 

Warranty Conditions

The above limited warranty is subject to the following conditions:

This warranty only applies to products distributed and/or sold by Hauser to the original buyer.

The warranty period for fiber laser marking is limited to two (2) years and mainly applies to laser sources. But for other components of the machine, such as control cards, ammeters, f-theta, etc., we only provide a one-year warranty.

Notice: It is a common phenomenon for laser sources to gradually lose some power after prolonged operation. We do not recommend customers to run the machine at full power for long periods of time. We recommend running the machine at around 80% to 85% power in most cases to extend its service life.

Any after-sales additions or modifications are not guaranteed. The owner of the laser system is responsible for any services and repairs outside the scope of this warranty

This warranty only covers the normal use of the laser machine. If damages are caused due to irresponsible use, they may include but are not limited to:

*Irresponsible use, abuse, negligence, accidental damage, improper return, transportation or installation

Disasters such as fires, floods, lightning, or natural disasters

Insufficient or interrupted electrical services, improper voltage conditions, blown fuses, or other similar damages

Providing services or making changes by anyone other than authorized representatives of Hauser

Using components or accessories that have not been approved by Hauser

Tampering, altering, defacing, or deleting the product serial number will render this warranty invalid

*The damages caused by irresponsible use may include but are not limited to:

Failed to open or use the clean water in the chiller or pump

Unclean optical mirrors and lenses

Not using lubricating oil to clean or lubricate the guide rail

Failed to remove or clean debris from the collection tray

Failed to properly store the laser in a suitable environment.

Hauser shall not be liable for any software programs, data or information stored on any medium or any part of any product returned to Hauser for repair.

This warranty does not cover any third-party software or virus related issues that were not purchased from Hauser.

Even in the event of hardware failure, Hauser is not responsible for data or time loss. Customers are responsible for backing up any data to protect themselves. Hauser is not responsible for any work loss (“downtime”) caused by products that require service.

If the customer resells the machine, the warranty is non transferable.

If the customer causes damage or functional defects to the machine due to improper operation and needs to replace some parts of the machine, the international shipping and/or customs fees related to fulfilling the warranty replacement project shall be borne by the customer.

Hauser has the right to refuse to purchase an extended warranty at its own discretion.

Post Warranty Support and/or Repairs

Hauser provides free lifetime technical support to original buyers via remote connection (email or phone). However, after the warranty period, the replacement parts will be the responsibility of the customer, including shipping costs. Hauser will provide quotations for necessary parts and repairs. (Provide discounted prices for parts and repairs)

PART II. Accessories

Notification: For Fragile items, such as Laser Tube, customization products, such as Honeycomb Work Table and Size Knife Working Table Blade, we don’t support return & exchange due to the wrong size.

All warranty policy are adapted to customers who order directly on www.hauserlaser.com, and all warranty policy is only valid for products during warranty period without any manual damage.
