We ship to almost every country in the world, and we employ the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure that your package reaches its destination quickly and safely.
The order was successful
Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you have any requests for your order, please let us know as soon as possible before your item goes into the processing stage.
For pre-sale products, it is not acceptable to cancel the order within the waiting period after the customer has confirmed the estimated date of the product. If strongly requested by the customer, the customer needs to pay Hauser’s compensation (35% of your order payment) as our product is in transit

We will carry out strict quality control on your machines and make sure they are properly packed before they are ready for shipment.
After confirming your order and paying in full, there will be 5-7 processing days, which includes machine production and continuous machine testing to ensure the quality of the laser beam, and we will arrange shipment for your order after completion.

All products will be shipped from China warehouse.
For lasers, there are 3 options for accessories:
UPS SAVER EXPRESS WITHIN 4-8 BUSINESS DAYS.
DHL EXPRESS within 3-7 business days.
FedEX EXPRESS within 4-8 business days.
We do not ship on Sundays or various national holidays.
In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, actual delivery dates may be affected by flight schedules, weather conditions, and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
⏩ Pre-sale products
All pre-sale products cannot be cancelled during the waiting period after the customer is confirmed. Please indicate the estimated arrival date in the product details.
Due to the recent COVID wave, the customer’s delivery may have been delayed.
